NOW THAT’S DELIVERING
In 2018, I helped the team at Iris securing the Pizza Hut Delivery account. I helped the CSO conducting research, moderating focus groups to test territories and editing films with soundbites.
One of my contributions was to suggest we ordered pizza with participants, and film their reactions. As a result, we got several pieces of footage that demonstrated how ordering pizza for people isn’t just about feeding them, it’s also about delivering pure happiness. The creative platform ‘Now That’s Delivering’, which captures this tension, is still in use.
